My passion for fitness really began before I turned forty years old. I’ve always exercised and eaten healthy, but I wasn’t consistent and didn’t see results. One goal on my “bucket list” was to compete in a fitness competition. I competed in my first competition and loved it! This led to more competitions, and I am now in the best shape of my life. I have been featured in magazines, websites, and now I’m pursuing acting. I am very blessed with doing what I enjoy!
My journey as a fitness model, fitness competitor, writer, and trainer has showed me that dreams do come true! I am at my best when I have reached a goal and helping others reach theirs too! If I had to describe myself in one word that would be “genuine”. I truly believe that beauty lies within.
